Monday to Friday

Hours

5 hrs per week cleaning, plus additional VOID cleaning and extra cleans when available. Flexible on days/times as long as its between 9-5pm. Residential setting

Location

Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to provide cleaning services to our customers. Areas to clean are as follows;

Offices

Communal areas

Toilets

Kitchen

Meeting / 1.2.1 group rooms

Reception

Touch points

Void rooms

You will ensure that

· Areas are cleaned to the highest standards

· Health and Safety is maintained

· Equipment is cleaned after use and is stored correctly

· Customer requests are dealt with promptly and courteously

· Cleaning supplies are ordered regularly and all stock is accounted for

To succeed in this role you will need

· To have excellent attention to detail

· To have good organisational skills

· To maintain cleaning records

· To communicate fully with line manager

· To work independently and use own initiative

· To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
