Successful applicant will

Have a passion for working with young people and an abilities to use initiative and be creative in how this support will look. Want to improve the patient journey of our young people To contribute to enabling other staff, service users and carers from diverse backgrounds to flourish by working to create a psychologically safe environment. To work as an autonomous professional within registry body guidelines and codes of conduct, and guided by the policies and procedures of the service, taking responsibility for own work including treatment and discharge decisions with support of clinical supervisor

Key responsbilities will be

To provide culturally appropriate psychological interventions with carers or families of referred clients when required. To provide risk review and brief interventions for clients waiting for Croydon with differing presentations To be able to review risk and level of need in line with thresholds within CAMHS. To facilitate group interventions as well as support signposting ad support to access self help materials. To support in the development of Webinars that will be accessed by young people and their parents
