What You'll Be Doing

Providing targeted 1

1 mentoring and small-group behaviour support

  • Implementing tailored behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to boost student progress

  • Tracking student outcomes and contributing to positive school-wide culture
