We are looking for a dedicated Line Manager to oversee daily operations and supervise staff. The main Key

Responsibilities for this role are

Lead, supervise, and support a team to meet departmental and company objectives

Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities

Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews

Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously improved

Manage workloads, schedules, and resource allocation effectively
