The main Key

Responsibilities for this role are

Plan and book flights, accommodation, transfers, and travel insurance

Provide tailored travel solutions based on client needs and budgets

Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners worldwide

The main Requirements are

Previous experience in travel consultancy or a similar role preferred

Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and booking systems (e.g., GDS)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and organisational ability

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests
