We are seeking a highly organized and creative Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will manage logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets while ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional attendee experiences.

The main Key

Responsibilities for this role are

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and private events internationally

Manage end-to-end event production including venues, suppliers, catering, AV, and staffing

Develop event concepts aligned with client objectives and brand identity

Oversee budgets, contracts, and financial reporting for each event

Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships

The main Requirements are

Proven experience as an Events Manager or in a similar senior events role

Strong background in corporate or luxury/high-end events

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
