The main Key

Responsibilities for this role are

Lead, mentor, and develop regional and international sales teams

Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with group objectives

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets

Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients

Oversee sales performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting

The main Requirements are

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (international or group-level preferred)

Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen

Experience managing multi-regional or cross-border sales teams
