Business Manager to the Chief People Officer (CPO)

Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience (essential) Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience (essential) Experience Significant senior management experience, including working at a strategic level in complex organisations Proven track record of leading programmes and delivering organisational change Experience of supporting decision-making in complex and fast-paced environments Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders Skills and knowledge Ability to analyse complex information and provide clear, actionable insight Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior audiences Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Knowledge of People/HR functions and organisational strategy within the NHS or similar environment
