Compensation & Progression
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (1+ years exp): £32,000 base + £1,000 performance bonus = £33,000
Level 2 Nursery Nurse
£25,500 base + £1,000 performance bonus = £26,500 (Plus fully paid training for your Level 3!)
Trainee Childcare Assistant (Unqualified)
£25,000 base + £500 performance bonus = £25,500 (Plus fully paid training for your Level 2 or Level 3!)
Hours of Work
Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Shift options
7:15 am – 5:15 pm | 8:00 am – 6:00 pm | 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
Includes a 1-hour lunch break + a 15-minute tea break.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a dedicated Key Worker, observing, tracking, and recording the developmental milestones of your key group.
Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate educational activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for babies and young children.
Manage daily care routines, including feeding, nappy changing, and sleep monitoring.
Build trusting, professional partnerships with parents, leading termly parent-teacher meetings.
Champion safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.
