About this role
Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers for ongoing opportunities across secondary schools and academies throughout London.
We are seeking qualified and adaptable teachers across a range of subject specialisms including English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, and General Cover to support schools with daily supply, short-term cover, and longer-term teaching assignments.
The successful candidates will deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements, maintain positive classroom environments, and support pupil engagement and learning within professional educational settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering lessons across secondary year groups
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Supporting pupil engagement and progress
- Following safeguarding and school policies
- Maintaining professional teaching standards
- Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Previous UK secondary teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS preferred
- Right to Work in the UK required
