We are actively recruiting passionate Early Years professionals for two beautiful, highly-rated nursery schools in Putney and Southfields. Whether you are a highly experienced Level 3 Nursery Teacher, a Level 2 Practitioner looking to upskill, or an unqualified candidate wanting to start a career in childcare, we have a place for you!

Salaries & Progression
Level 3 Qualified (1+ years experience): £32,000 basic + £1,000 performance bonus (£33,000 total).
Level 2 Qualified
£25,500 basic + £1,000 performance bonus (£26,500 total) PLUS fully paid Level 3 training.
Unqualified / Teaching Assistant
£25,000 basic + £500 performance bonus (£25,500 total) PLUS fully paid Level 2/3 training.
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Shift patterns
7:15 am – 5:15 pm / 8:00 am – 6:00 pm / 8:30 am – 6:30 pm.
Includes a 1-hour lunch break and a 15-minute coffee/tea break.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, utilizing learning journeys to observe, track, and develop your key group of children.
Provide highly engaging toys, activities, and equipment appropriate to each child’s developmental stage.
Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene standards are strictly maintained at all times.
Monitor children's individual care needs, including sleep times, dietary requirements, and medical information.
Supervise mealtimes, change nappies, and assist in the induction of new children to the setting.
Build excellent, professional relationships with parents and carers, conducting termly parent/teacher meetings (3 per year).
Work collaboratively with management and your room team to uphold the high standards and philosophy of the nursery.
