Job Requirements

An interest in Security services and committed to achieving an SIA licence.Maths & English GCSEs grades A to C/ 9 to 4 / functionals skills or the equivalentEager to learn and develop new skills on the jobComfortable using basic IT systems and good literacy skillsStrong attention to detail and a practical hand on approachAbility to communicate effectively and be a team playerAbility to be flexible and respond to the unexpected

Key Responsibilities

Work across a variety of sites and sectors, gaining diverse industry experienceWorking 12-hour shifts - days, nights & weekendsResponsible for the basic security duties as well as shadowing and learning from our experienced employeesCustomer service - welcoming and greeting visitorsConduct internal and external patrolsExcellent organisation skills with ability to work on own initiativePrevention of loss, fire, and damage to customers’ propertyAbility to work as part of a team and interact with othersFlexible to meet the needs of the serviceAdaptable to change and new ways of workingProviding feedback on your journey & any initiatives you may haveAt CIS we are proud of our apprenticeship programmes, in being able to provide opportunities for individuals that are starting their careers within a successful growing independent business.
