What skills and experience we're looking for
The right candidate will be driven by a moral compass, and be passionate about increasing children’s life chances by providing education that helps children to become confident individuals, successful learners and responsible citizens. The suitable person will be highly aspirational in their approach and thinking, and have a positive impact on others. They will have a clear understanding and experience of inclusion and SEND. A good understanding of the primary national curriculum; and the expected outcomes for pupils across the primary phase is essential.
