Role Overview
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with PSS Group’s most important clients. This role
focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with
client needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
* Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients
* Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges to provide effective solutions
* Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling
* Deliver Quarterly/Monthly performance reviews and reports to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery
* Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profitability while maintaining client satisfaction
* Monitor market trends and advancements in technologies
* Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
* Manage and support multiple Site Managers
* Visit sites when necessary
* Manage monthly and yearly billing
* Scheduling and delivery of Ad Hoc services
* Create tailored KPI presentations for each Portfolio
* Attend and help schedule site social events and pop-ups
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and negotiation expertise
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience working with high-value or enterprise-level clients
* Soft services Industry-specific knowledge
* Project management experience
