About the role/school
We are looking for a passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed Qualified Nursery Practitioner to work in a nurturing, play-based environment aligned with the EYFS, where inclusion and strong partnerships with families are at the heart of everything.
The successful Qualified Nursery Practitioner will be part of a setting that offers well-resourced indoor and outdoor spaces, supporting all areas of children's development. As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will work alongside experienced staff who enjoy strong job satisfaction, supported by a positive team culture and ongoing professional training opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will support children's learning through engaging, play-based activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. The Qualified Nursery Practitioner will contribute to planning in line with EYFS, observe and track development, and build strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child's progress.
Qualifications/Experience
- Early years qualification (Level 2 or above) is essential
- Experience working as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner or in a similar setting is desirable
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
