Senior Training and Development Lead

About this role

This role's primary purpose is the effective and high-quality delivery of Respect’s training programme as a Lead Trainer, ensuring its ongoing development with the creation of new training courses in line with Respect’s Competency Framework, as well as its continuous improvement and increasing reach.

This involves an experienced Trainer facilitating courses, webinars, and workshops, as well as creating new training courses, ensuring they become CPD-certified or OCN accredited.

Additionally, the post-holder will manage Respect’s participation in the London VAWG Consortium and Ascent project by delivering a small number of training courses and webinars and by attending London VAWG consortium and Ascent project meetings
