About this role

Senior Revenues and Benefits Officer will provide high quality advice and assistance to Revenues and Benefits customers. andnbsp;To deal with and resolve complex cases, complex supported accommodation, including private and social landlords and Appeals.andnbsp; Also to resolve claims, liabilities, debts and other enquiries within performance standards. To undertake routine staff management duties and support Revenues and Benefits Team Leaders.
