What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and shaping all Learning Support provision across the school
  • Modelling exemplary practice and driving whole-school SEND awareness
  • Designing, implementing, and reviewing EHCP strategies and interventions
  • Mentoring teaching assistants and supporting targeted training
  • Liaising closely with families, LA, external agencies, and SLT for optimum outcomes
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on student progress and impact
