What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and shaping all Learning Support provision across the school
- Modelling exemplary practice and driving whole-school SEND awareness
- Designing, implementing, and reviewing EHCP strategies and interventions
- Mentoring teaching assistants and supporting targeted training
- Liaising closely with families, LA, external agencies, and SLT for optimum outcomes
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on student progress and impact
