We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to become part of our vibrant nursery in Harrow, conveniently located within walking distance of the station. Working Hours

Full-Time – 40 hours per week

Shifts between 8

00am – 6:00pm

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing outstanding care and education while supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example and support less experienced team members

Deliver high-quality care and education to all children

Plan and implement engaging activities across all areas of the EYFS

Complete and oversee observations and assessments

Build strong partnerships with parents and provide daily feedback on children’s progress

Work closely with the management team to implement nursery policies and procedures

Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times

Maintain accurate room registers and ensure ratio requirements are met

Keep the nursery environment clean, organised, and welcoming

Requirements

✔ Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or above)

✔ Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development

✔ Excellent written and verbal English skills

✔ Passionate, caring, and enthusiastic approach

✔ Ability to work well as part of a team

✔ Proactive and able to use initiative

✔ Commitment to delivering the highest standards of childcare and education

Desirable

Paediatric First Aid Certificate

Food Hygiene Certificate

All positions are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
