Main duties of the job Support GP partners in delivering a high-quality service through management of clinical caseload, and engagement in appropriate leadership roles Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care through face-to-face and remote consultations, as part of a mix of routine GP sessions, duty sessions and total triage as per rota Autonomously manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring high standards of care and safe prescribing in line with local and national guidelines Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS Manage assigned patient caseload, ensuring high standards of care for all patients Manage clinical workflow, including results and correspondence Contribute to QOF and enhanced services as part of routine care Communicate professionally with multidisciplinary team members, patients, and carers Contribute to practice educational supervision systems Engage in continued education and professional development Attend practice clinical meetings and practice learning events Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and service development The above list provides an overview of the post's scope and responsibilities and is not exhaustive.
