Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential residential property acquisitions based on market data and organizational priorities.

Conduct thorough due diligence including financial analysis, property inspections, and legal assessments.

Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with property owners, brokers, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with finance, legal, and development teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and reports for senior management approval.

Monitor market trends to advise on strategic acquisition opportunities and risks.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to property acquisition.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and community partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in property acquisition or real estate transactions, preferably in housing sector.

Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage complex deals effectively.

Proficient in financial modeling and property valuation techniques.

In-depth knowledge of housing market dynamics and relevant regulatory environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate databases or software.
