Locum Consultant Surgical Liaison Physician

Full job description attached This role is allocated 10 PAs and is primarily based at St Marys Hospital, with a requirement to cover the Albert Ward which is our stepdown ward based at St Mary's Hospital. This is a Locum post for maternity cover available immediately and ending August 2027. The ICHT Surgical Liaison Service is led by a team of consultant geriatricians who deliver integrated medical care to adults of all ages admitted under surgical specialties such as major trauma, orthopaedics, vascular surgery, general surgery, neurosurgery, and spinal surgery. By addressing medical complexities alongside acute surgical issues, the team provides holistic care that prevents complications, optimises patient outcomes, and supports every patient in achieving the best possible recovery.
