The Role

We are looking for a new Commis Chef to join our Brava Hospitality Group Family who can bring great communication skills & team ethos, to a premium casual dining environment. Whilst handling key foundational tasks that will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant during busy service between the kitchen and the floor. Â

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
• Assist waiters and restaurant staff during service
• Maintain and run the kitchen pass efficiently
• Work closely with chefs in an open-plan kitchen environment
• Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front of house
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Support kitchen and front-of-house operations as needed

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not essential
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to work well under pressure with the kitchen team
