Our client, a leading educational establishment in the heart of Ealing Broadway, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with lesson planning, implementing engaging activities, and providing one-on-one support to help children reach their full potential. With a salary range of £95 - £110 per day (PAYE), this is a chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to help children with their learning and development
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
  • Contribute to the assessment and record-keeping process, documenting children's progress and achievements
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain a safe and clean learning environment, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all children

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A relevant qualification in Early Years Education, such as a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Excellent observational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address the individual needs of each child
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
