What You'll Be Doing

Strategically leading and coordinating SEND provision as SENCO
Identifying learner needs through assessment, tracking, and in-class observation
Coaching and developing a dedicated team of SEN TAs across subject areas
Overseeing EHC Plans and liaising with external agencies for robust support
Driving a whole-school culture of inclusion, making SEN excellence visible throughout
Developing tailored intervention programmes and embedding innovative resources
