We are seeking a Workplace Host to work as part of the Workplace Experience and Front of House teams, supporting client visits and curating a workplace environment that promotes well-being, productivity, and a positive company culture that colleagues and guests want to be part of.

Job Description

We are looking for a welcoming and approachable host who provides excellent customer service, helps create positive workplace experiences through events and thoughtful touches, and serves as a key point of contact for colleagues and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and colleagues in person and via telephone, handling enquiries promptly by email or referral

Work flexibly between Client Reception and the wider workplace, depending on business requirements

Act as the main point of contact for colleagues on the floor and in the lobby, providing concierge-style support

Support client visits by delivering a warm, professional, and engaging front-of-house experience

Assist with customer service initiatives, events, and activities that enhance the colleague experience

Build positive relationships and capture guest and colleague preferences to personalise future visits

Support the Workplace Lead with operational decisions and processes that improve engagement and experience

Maintain a high-quality workspace by sharing observations, notes, and feedback with attention to detail

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Relevant experience in corporate, hospitality, or customer service environments

Ideally experienced in using systems such as MS Office

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good time management and ability to adapt quickly

Understanding of Health & Safety requirements

Professional, customer-focused, and organised approach
