To ensure data collection is accurate and up to date. To ensure renal database reflects clinic work. To ensure the desired level of clinical performance is achieved within the relevant clinical setting. To ensure that the transplant clinic is involved in all Unit quality initiatives and represented on relevant working groups within the Unit. To ensure high standards are achieved in line with NICE, Renal Association and all other related clinical practice guidelines. To participate in the Trusts patient satisfaction surveys and audits. To actively participate in the audit and evaluation of the clinics ensuring the service is modelled according to the needs of the client. To participate in the development and induction of clinical guidelines relevant to transplant services
