Nursery Practitioner – Up to £29,000

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Experience working within in a nursery setting
  • Strong understanding of early years development, particularly under 2s
  • Reliable and consistent approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

What You’ll Do

  • Provide attentive, consistent care for babies throughout the day
  • Follow established routines for feeding, sleep, and development
  • Observe and record progress, contributing to next steps
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised baby room
  • Communicate clearly with parents on daily care and development
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency across the room
