Drayton Green Primary School & St John’s Primary School is a newly formed Federation of schools and we are seeking outstanding teachers to join our team.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a high-caliber teaching professional to join The Drayton Green and St John’s Primary Schools Federation, working within a strong partnership that includes an Outstanding school and a clear, ambitious vision for excellence.

St John’s Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive two-form entry school with a strong sense of community, high expectations, and an unwavering commitment to excellence for every child. The school hosts an Additional Resource Provisions (ARP) for pupils with speech and language needs, serving children from across the borough. This specialist provision brings significant expertise, high-quality inclusive practice, and enhanced professional knowledge, which strengthens teaching, learning, and outcomes across the whole school.
