Static Air Conditioning Engineer - FM Service Provider, High-End Residential - Battersea, South West London - Up to £50,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious high-end residential estate in Battersea, South West London. We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join a close-knit team of three in a static role.
The Role
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, responsible for all aspects of planned maintenance, service, and breakdown across a large, prestigious site. You will work with a broad range of systems including split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, condensers, and all associated HVAC and refrigeration plant.
Package & Benefits
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (08:00–17:00)

Key Duties
- Take ownership of air conditioning assets, predominantly Daikin
- Service and maintain Daikin VRF/VRV systems, indoor evaporators, and associated equipment
- Utilise Daikin service checkers to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
- Act as a key point of contact for the client, maintaining a professional and communicative approach
- Develop quotations in collaboration with the company supply chain
- Produce clear, concise service and investigation reports
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (minimum)
- F-Gas 2079 Category 1 (essential)
- Proven air conditioning maintenance knowledge
- Solid refrigeration and chiller experience
- Extensive experience working within commercial or high-end residential environments
- Building services background
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
