Multi-Trader – Building Maintenance (Voids & Repairs)

Different Touch Property Services | London

£15 – £20 per hour | Company Van Provided

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Multi-Trader to carry out building maintenance across void and occupied properties.

General repairs and maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating)

Bringing void properties up to lettable standard

Diagnosing faults and completing works to a high standard

Taking before & after photos for basic reporting

Working independently and efficiently across multiple sites

Proven experience in property maintenance or social housing

Good all-round multi-trade skills

Full UK driving licence

Must supply own tools (majority)
