We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our client team ASAP.

This role offers a fantastic 40-hour working week with a variety of shifts and the guarantee of at least one half-day per week, ensuring you have time for yourself outside of the classroom.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our children are happy, settled, and thriving.

You will be

  • Providing high-quality care, meeting the personal and hygiene needs of all children daily
  • Observing, assessing, and planning for individual needs to ensure continuous development
  • Maintaining accurate paperwork in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
  • Building strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers
  • Collaborating with your team to share creative ideas for classroom activities and planning

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare essential.

Experience

Minimum 1 year in a nursery setting in the UK.

Skills

A solid understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding practices, with excellent spoken and written English.

Essentials

A valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate and a cleared DBS check before starting.
