Purpose of the Job - Planner
- Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance works for operatives and contractors.
- Manage diaries to ensure all appointments are booked efficiently and within target timescales.
- Monitor daily workloads to maximise operative productivity and meet KPI targets
- Update systems accurately to reflect job progress and completion.
- Support the delivery of excellent customer service by ensuring timely communication and smooth workflow.
