Clinical Pharmacist

Are you an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing rights, eager to make a meaningful impact without taking on formal staff management responsibilities? Were seeking a Lead Clinical Pharmacist to provide expert clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision across our GP practices. In this role, youll focus on improving prescribing quality, supporting and developing the pharmacy team, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care all while remaining actively involved in clinical work.

You will
