Duties Description-

The suitable candidate must possess the following skills

1. Liaises with other senior staff to determine the range of services to be sold;

2. Contributes to the development of sales strategies and the setting of sales targets.

3. Discusses employers or clients requirements; carries out surveys and analyses customers reactions.

4. Compiles and analyses sales figures; prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities; undertakes market research.

5. Handles customer accounts.

6. Recruits and trains junior sales staff.

7. Produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management.
