At Right Way Sports, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Sports Coach to join our growing team delivering high-quality P.E. lessons, extracurricular clubs, and exciting Holiday Camps across primary schools in North London.

What You'll Be Doing

* Assisting in the delivery of engaging and high-quality P.E. lessons across a variety of sports

* Supporting the delivery of breakfast clubs, lunchtime clubs, and after-school clubs

* Helping create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all children

* Supporting behaviour management and encouraging participation from all pupils

* Assisting with the setup and organisation of sports equipment and activities

* Building positive relationships with children, teachers, parents, and school staff

* Working at our Holiday Camps during school holidays, delivering fun multi-sport activities and games

* Developing your coaching knowledge and progressing towards becoming a Lead Coach

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have

* A minimum Level 1 coaching qualification in at least one sport

* A valid First Aid qualification and safeguarding training (preferred)

* Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare environment

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A positive attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm

* Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

* A willingness to learn and develop as a coach

* The ability to travel to schools across North London
