About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will
Supervise and support the team, deputising for the General Manager.
Ensure smooth restaurant operations, delivering high-quality service.
Work on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a command of the English language.
Passion for food, wine, and creating memorable dining experiences.
Enthusiasm for working in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment.
