We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician - Plumbing to join our team, covering NHS sites across East London, Tower Hamlets and Hackney. Salary & Benefits Salary from £41,000 per annum (depending on experience) Oncall allowance Fulltime, permanent role Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Company van and tools provided Who you are You're a reliable and experienced plumbing professional who takes pride in delivering highquality work. You enjoy working in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment and understand the importance of compliance, safety, and service delivery within an NHS setting. You bring a proactive, positive attitude and work well as part of a wider team. Key responsibilities Deliver commercial plumbing maintenance across NHS properties Carry out PPM, reactive, and remedial works Maintain and repair commercial plant and plantroom equipment Diagnose faults and complete effective, lasting repairs Ensure all works comply with health & safety legislation and NHS Property Services standards Accurately complete job records, reports, and compliance documentation Participate in the oncall rota, responding to outofhours issues when required Build positive working relationships with colleagues and onsite stakeholders This is a mechanically biased role and is not suitable for domesticonly plumbers or vehicle mechanics. Where you'll be This is a mobile role covering East London, Tower Hamlets and Hackney. To support operational requirements and the oncall rota, candidates should ideally live within approximately one hour / 40 miles of St Leonard's. What we're looking for Essential NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (Essential) Proven experience working on commercial mechanical systems Broad knowledge of mechanical and plumbingrelated building services Full UK driving licence Desirable Knowledge of BMS systems Experience working within healthcare, commercial, or large estate environments
