About this role
Triage and manage undifferentiated, acute, and complex presentations via telephone, online, and face-to-face consultations Independently diagnose, treat, and prescribe for patients using your prescribing qualification, working within your scope of practice Contribute actively to the MDT, attending clinical meetings and supporting colleagues across the team Manage acute conditions including minor illness, minor injury, respiratory, and musculoskeletal presentations Support the supervision and clinical education of medical students in line with our teaching practice commitment Contribute to clinical governance, significant event analysis, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate, timely records in the practice clinical system (SystmOne) Participate in practice meetings and contribute to shaping the future direction of the service
