Long Term Futures is seeking multiple Exam Invigilators for long-term, full-time positions across several secondary schools in Wandsworth. These roles are essential for ensuring the integrity of the upcoming examination season, providing a structured and fair environment for all students. You will be responsible for overseeing various examination halls, ensuring all JCQ regulations are strictly followed while providing a calm presence for students during a high-pressure period.
Responsibilities
- Setting up examination rooms in accordance with strict academic regulations.
- Monitoring students throughout the duration of exams to prevent malpractice.
- Managing the secure distribution and collection of all examination papers and materials.
- Assisting students with additional needs, such as acting as a reader or scribe where required.
- Handling any queries or emergencies that may arise during the sessions with professionalism and efficiency.
