Warehouse Manager for Tech Startup

Sküma Water is redefining hydration through smart water purification and personalised functional hydration. We’re a fast-growing startup focused on clean design, performance, and innovation.

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, fulfil customer orders, and support hardware maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Print shipping labels and process daily orders
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer shipments accurately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing stock
  • Coordinate courier collections and shipments
  • Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
  • Carry out quality control checks before dispatch
  • Diagnose and fix basic hardware issues on Sküma units
  • Assist with product testing, setup, and refurbishment
  • Track inventory levels and report low stock
  • Support operational improvements and warehouse efficiency

Requirements

  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with warehouse operations or fulfilment preferred
  • Basic technical or hardware repair skills
  • Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes/products
  • Experience with Shopify, shipping software, or inventory systems is a plus
