Sküma Water is redefining hydration through smart water purification and personalised functional hydration. We’re a fast-growing startup focused on clean design, performance, and innovation.
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, fulfil customer orders, and support hardware maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Print shipping labels and process daily orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer shipments accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock
- Coordinate courier collections and shipments
- Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
- Carry out quality control checks before dispatch
- Diagnose and fix basic hardware issues on Sküma units
- Assist with product testing, setup, and refurbishment
- Track inventory levels and report low stock
- Support operational improvements and warehouse efficiency
Requirements
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with warehouse operations or fulfilment preferred
- Basic technical or hardware repair skills
- Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes/products
- Experience with Shopify, shipping software, or inventory systems is a plus
