Property Locum in South West London - 3-6 months - full-time office-based role

A law firm in South West London are looking for a property locum with at least 5 years' PQE to help out starting as soon as you are able for a period of several months. You will play a key role in managing a wide range of property matters and ensuring seamless execution of transactions. This is a hands-on, office-based position requiring strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions

·Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.

·Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.

·Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

·Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department.

·Assist in post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions.

This is a full-time role with office hours of 9am to 6.30pm. You will need to be within an easy commute of South West London for this one as remote/hybrid working is not available.
