Simulation/Medical Education Fellow

The post-holder will have an educational supervisor to support development in delivering simulation-based education, in doing so following our faculty development framework and develop a qualification in medical education. There is an expectation of participation in project work, with the opportunity to present work at local, national or potentially international conferences. Previous experience as simulation education faculty is helpful. The successful applicant will assimilate the skills required to design, deliver and debrief simulation-based educational initiatives. As part of their development in becoming experienced faculty they will be undertaking duties such as quality assurance, peer reviews and supporting faculty development. Applicants must hold full registration with the GMC.
