£34,000 per year

Hours

Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am–5:00pm and 9:00am–6:00pm

They are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery and help lead a passionate childcare team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a senior nursery role or Deputy Manager position
  • Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and education

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Nursery Manager with the daily operations of the setting
  • Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team
  • Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Oversee planning and implementation of engaging learning activities
  • Maintain compliance with EYFS and nursery policies
  • Support staff development, training, and performance
