What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager in a nursery setting
  • Strong working knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day nursery operations

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations alongside the Nursery Manager
  • Lead and support a team of childcare practitioners
  • Maintain high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
  • Monitor planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with parents
  • Contribute to staff supervision and ongoing development
