In this role, you will deliver excellent front of house service, ensure all company and client policies and procedures are followed, complete records accurately and in a timely manner, and report any incidents, accidents, damage, or irregularities to management while taking appropriate action where possible. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, support the wider team with any reasonable management requests, and help create a safe, positive, and professional experience for all visitors and colleagues.

What You'll Do

• Be the welcoming and professional face of Sodexo at our client site
• Deliver excellent front of house and customer service at all times
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures
• Complete records accurately and within required timeframes
• Report incidents, accidents, damage, or irregularities to management promptly
• Support the wider team and carry out reasonable management requests in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

• Professional and customer-focused with excellent front of house and hospitality skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and approachable manner
• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and workplace management systems
• A proactive and reliable team player who works well collaboratively
• Adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to resolve problems efficiently with strong attention to detail
