A modern, fully independent small-animal practice in the South East London is seeking an experienced and personable Veterinary Surgeon to join its high-performing clinical team. This position has become available due to continued growth and an expanding, loyal client base.

About the Practice

This is a purpose-built, contemporary clinic staffed by an exceptionally strong team of veterinary professionals. The practice is led by two engaged and hands-on directors who work alongside the team daily, fostering an environment grounded in open communication, shared decision-making and genuine clinical collaboration.

The Role

This is a first-opinion position offering true clinical freedom and the time required to work cases up properly, with 20-minute consultations as standard. You will play an integral part in delivering a high standard of care and contributing to the smooth running of the practice.

About You

The practice is looking for an individual who

Has at least 3 years' clinical experience and can manage occasional sole charge

Brings warmth, professionalism and strong communication skills

Is compassionate, organised and reliable

Takes pride in delivering high clinical and client care standards

Possesses strong first-opinion surgical and medical skills

Enjoys building lasting client relationships

Demonstrates confidence and leadership in daily practice
