About this role
We're looking for an Administration Planner to join our Highways team based in Picketts Lock. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as an Administration Planner, where you'll play a vital role in Working closely with the Inspection Programme Manager, you'll help ensure smooth planning and delivery of inspection activities.
Location
Picketts Lock - travel to the office required with remote working available
Hours
Permanent Fulltime 39 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary
£32,000 - £35,000 per year + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As an Administration Planner, you'll be working within the Inspection Programme team, coordinating inspection works and supporting programme management.
Your day to day will include
-Managing and updating programme planners, including weekly schedules and supply chain programmes
-Organising and filing documentation for inspection works, ensuring all records are properly maintained
-Processing verified reports to progress work orders through to completion for commercial invoicing
-Coordinating with supply chain partners and tracking report submissions
-Attending meetings, taking notes, and supporting effective communication across the team
What are we looking for?
This role as an Administration Planner could be a great fit if you
-Bring proven experience in administration and planning, with a strong understanding of how to keep things running smoothly
-Feel confident using Microsoft Excel and Word to organise and manage information effectively
-Hold a full UK driving licence
-Enjoy staying organised and coordinating multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships across different teams
