Level 3 Nursery Assistant
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
- Plan and support age‑appropriate, play‑based learning activities
- Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s developmental records
- Support children’s personal care, routines, and emotional well‑being
- Promote positive behaviour, social interaction, and independence
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistent routines
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and early years policies at all times
Ideal Level 3 Nursery Assistant
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Caring, patient, and nurturing approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and committed to a full‑time, permanent role
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
