Job Description
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and brings energy, professionalism, and adaptability to a high-visibility role.
Working within a small on-site team, you will support both co-working clients and internal colleagues, proactively enhancing the overall workplace experience while ensuring the space operates efficiently and in line with Eagle Labs’ standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative community environment for members, colleagues, and visitors.
Oversee front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor management, and arrival experiences.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact, responding to day-to-day queries with professionalism and care.
Support the delivery of events for up to 100 attendees, including room setup, basic technology troubleshooting, and on-the-day support.
Manage day-to-day building operations, including vendor coordination, stocktake management, and space utilisation.
Conduct regular assessments of the workspace to ensure high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and overall experience, escalating issues where required.

Confidence in managing visitor access, including welcoming guests, overseeing sign-in processes, and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.
Experience supporting a dynamic workplace environment beyond traditional reception duties.
A practical, hands-on approach, with the ability to support basic technology issues, event setups, and physical space adjustments when required.
Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to engage confidently with both co-working clients and internal colleagues.
A service-driven mindset with a genuine passion for people, community building, and workplace experience.
Reliability and a desire for long-term stability within a small, close-knit team.
